Our prices are ex works Grabenstetten plus packing and shipping. The prices incl. VAT include the presently legal VAT.
For shipping addresses within the customs territory of the EU [European Union] the prices listed are including the applicable German VAT, if we have not received a valid VAT ID Number. For shipping addresses outside of the customs territory of the EU [European Union] the prices listed are excluding VAT.
If not any changes result of the confirmation of order, delivery will be arranged from Grabenstetten. By handing over the goods to the shipping agent or another person or institution that is charged with the delivery, all risks are transferred from Seller to the Buyer. In case the Buyer wishes a transport insurance we will arrange a policy at Buyer’s expense.
In case of any defect of the purchased good or the work conducted by us, we have the option to eliminate the defect or to deliver replacement. We cannot take any guarantee or liability for incorrect operation, improper use, wear and tear et al. Any further claims for damages are explicitly excluded. The warranty period of 24 months shall commence upon the shipping date of the goods. This period means also a statute of limitation.
The title in the goods remains on us until the goods are completely paid. Furthermore, the prices are subject to change. Exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the district court of Reutlingen. All legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are exclusive subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
